I am a huge believer in the therapy of art and music. I grew up playing piano, and started experimenting with painting when I was around 14, almost immediately noticed a similarity in the two art forms… emotional expression.

I’m yearning to learn more about the connection between psychology and the arts in my travels around the world. I love to see how art impacts different cultures and brings people together and it’s something I hope to study for the rest of my life.
